Quota system/Reservation in India

India is a vast country and do need to be developed. To develop the country we need to make every citizen of India to progress. But everyone isn't progressing in same manner. To solve this problem Indian government took steps for RESERVATION system also known as Quota system.
Our problem starts from the starting of this system. Everyone wants a good job in Indian to modernise themselves but as the country has such a big population with so many cast and religion, It is difficult for them to make everyone progress with same speed. And as India doesn't want unemployment for people as it brings the citizens to wrong path, India introduced reservation system for the people who are backward or does not have enough resources to study. But everyone wanted their caste to get a reservation. It made very difficult for Indian government to make a list of caste and decide whom to give more reservation and whom to give less. But somehow on their reports and research, they did gave the reservation to people who needed it. As the system got introduced, people having no clarity about this system and so those who didn't got a good advantage didn't liked it and wanted the government to give them Quota too. But Government isn't a fool to give quota to everyone because then everyone would be asking for equal reservation which then doesn't make a sense.
What people are doing now is those who have a quota doesn't study well because they know that they will get a job easily which makes our development speed go down as they are getting jobs for which they are not qualified with knowledge but quota. And those who don't have reservation have to study and competete so hard that they have started hating this quota system. At one side people are loving it and other side they have hatred. Whatever they think, This is hurting Indian development so hard that they can't even imagine of. Also we can't stop this system as a big number of people would then become unemployed in coming years.
I think that the Indian should think over it and make everyone realize that you have to change your way of thinking to let the country succeed in coming years.

Beginning of WideThinker

I am starting this blog from today to express my views on certain things happening in our life which affecting the way people live their life and what's the reason behind it and what people are expressing about these things. I am a beginner and so can even do mistakes and wrong point of view and so my readers are always welcomed to correct me so I can become a better blogger and provide them better contents and views. As this is the starting of WideThinker I won't be publishing too much of content but Whatever I will publish would be 100% accurate from my side.
